He graduated high school, attended his last lesson with me, performed his senior recital, and is now no longer a student of mine. But it’s not as simple as that. And that’s usually the end. But not every time. His name is Colin. A year ago I was stunned to realize that he was seventeen. Didn’t he just start lessons with me as a 6th grader?
