Latest research says that struggling to remember names and numbers is not necessarily to do with the ageing process. It’s more to do with. Too much in the brain not allowing us to simulate problems as easily as the youth, because our minds are too cluttered up, and we find it difficult to rid ourselves of irrelevant information and just process what needs to be done more simply instead. So we need to de-clutter our minds!
