Saturday, September 20, 2014. A Better Me, One Year Later. Tomorrow marks exactly one year since I started on the path to a better me. It seems like only yesterday. I'm down 3.5 lbs at today's weigh in, that's 92.6 lbs total! My 5km Run or Dye event last Saturday definitely helped me get refocused. Saturday, January 17, 2015. How is that even possible? I'm up 1.7 after today's weigh in. Here I was thinking I'd had a great week. I tracked, every day! I got at least 6 glasses of water in, every day! I earned 15 activity points, that I didn't touch. So what gives? The only thing I can think of is salt. We had ham for dinner one night and pizza another. So the sodium content in those two choices alone could be responsible; and, I'm certainly hoping they are. Posted by Stephanie Nash.

Sunday, January 25, 2015. Finally, the Scale is in my Favor. That's right.after several weeks of yo-yo like behaviour, the scale this week is on the right track.DOWN! I lost 1.4 this week. That brings me back to about 90 lbs lost; but, I'll get back to where I was and hit my goal if I continue on this path. On that note, I'll say goodbye for today.
