May 5, 2016. 3,5oz of sliced bacon. 1 tbsp olive oil (I used extra virgin). 1 garlic clove (finely chopped). 4 Green onions (chopped in bigger pieces). 5oz celery (cut into smallere pieces). 10oz Chinese radish/Daikon (cut into small pieces, if you can’t find a diakon you could add some more celery, add some cauliflower or maybe some squash. i’ve never tryed the squash part. you usually find the daikon in chinese/asian stores). 1 can chopped tomatoes (no sugar added). 5 Sprigs of fresh thyme. 0,3 oz mint.
