Roasted Tofu and Brussel Srouts Wellness Recipe. 1 lb of brussels sprouts – rinsed and cut in half. 1/2 a large sweet onion – sliced. 1 package extra firm tofu. 2 tbls olive oil. 2 tbls maple syrup. Health isn't everything, but without it, EVERYTHING IS NOTHING! February 24, 2011. In a bowl, add:. 1 cup walnuts, chopped. 1 cup almonds, chopped. 1 cup Brazil nuts, chopped. Cup raw unheated honey (it has to be raw or it won’t harden when drying). 1 Tablespoon raw carob powder. Mix ingredients well, place on parchment or Teflex sheets and spread thin (like brittle). Dehydrate for 15 hours. It’s really good if it hardens right. 2 cups soaked almonds (1 cup before soaking 8 hours). 3 cups pure water.
