Kaitlyn was seen by the new pediatrician and she had an ear infection and I thought it came back, so Jason took her back to see the doctor, but he thinks it was just teeth bothering her because her ears looked good. Josh stayed healthy all month! We were all hit with allergies, but nothing a little benedryl. What color is this?

The "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" has lost most of it's appeal, but the swimming pool has not. We try to let the kids play in the pool as much as they want to, but some days it's just too hot, even in the water. I started planning her birthday. We're going with a Minnie Mouse theme! We've been really working on the potty training with Josh lately....

Friday, March 28, 2008. Here are a couple of Baked Bean recipes I'm considering trying. Both use fruit with the beans. One uses Pineapples and the other uses Apple Pie filling. Beans, Baked, Keri's Hog-Apple Baked Beans. 3-4 Slices Bacon, diced. 2 16 Oz Can Pork and beans, mostly drained (modified to 2 28-oz cans Bush's Baked Beans - see note below). 1/2 cup Blues Hog BBQ Sauce (or other sweet-spicy favorite). 1 lb smoked leftover smoked pork or beef, more or less, or 1 lb crumbled cooked pork sausage.

To celebrate, I cooked 4 Pork Butts totaling up to 30lbs. I got them on the Egg around 5pm Saturday and took them off around 12pm Sunday. I did St Louis style ribs on the Egg yesterday. I used the Magic Dust rub from the book Peace, Love, and Barbecue by Mike Mills. Monday, April 7, 2008. Eye of Round Roast. Yesterday, I cooked an Eye of Round Roast on the Egg. Saturday night, I coated it in salt and pepper before marinating it in a little Moore's and some Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing. I put the Roast in foil and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then I put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to get it to set up to slice. I then mixed 1/2 cup of mayo with 3 tablespoons of horseradish and 2 tablespoons of sourcream. Monday, November 21, 2011. In honor of my move to Atlanta and my birthday, which was on November 1, mama got me some goodies from the City Dog Market! It's the best place ever! Hmmm what have we here? There's a 'dale on it, so it has to be awesome! It's a puzzle game for pups! Mama made some comment about putting my nosiness and intelligence to good use! Oh, I've got this! The "clever" humans hide treats under the plastic bones and I have to smell them and find the treats. Easy! In less than 2 minues!
