We had a pretty low-key day, since he was having a party on Saturday. God gave us a beautiful day, so when Daddy came home from work, we headed to the park! We wanted to get some good family time in before heading to YoungLife that evening. We ran into our friends Chanti and Sidonia at the park, so Mason got a bday pat from his friend Sidonia! Sunday, August 19, 2012. Since my last post was titled “last day of school” and the girls first day of school is next week, I thought I better do a post about our amazing summer! We had so much fun at the pool and traveling back and forth to the beach and the mountains! Just like most summers, the time flew right on by! I looked through all of the pictures that I took this summer and tried to pick out my 10 favorite shots! Jay and I celebrated 10 years of wedded bliss this summer at the end of June!

Sunday, June 10, 2012. Last day of school. I am still in denial about how fast 1st grade flew by! The girls both had amazing years! They loved their teachers and made some really great friendships! At times it was like a full time job with no pay, but I loved pretty much every minute of it! They call me Kansas. I came, I loved, I settled. You're not in KS anymore has new meaning. Monday, August 30, 2010. 35 weeks, 2 days - 9/1/10. Things are still going well! It's still rough to sleep at night. getting up every 1.5 - 2 hrs. now, and my hips are usually killing me enough that I have to sleep a couple of hours sitting up. But overall, I have NO complaints! It's weird to hear that it's down to weeks. instead of months! This pregnancy has flown by, that's for sure! Sunday, August 29, 2010.
