Sprung out of nowhere. Wednesday, October 11, 2006. Wats the buzz all about? A tremor, a shake - vibration. Someone seeking your attention. Sleep, work and timepass - backseat now. Immediate reaction from you is sought. Thats not all, we hear a bell. I feel a knock would've gone well. A reason good enough to forget. The tension, the pressure and the lost bet. The letters flow fast, tough to keep up. Others taunt you of your slow pick up. Damn, i've got my fingers swollen bad. It doesn't stop so soon.

Monday, October 3, 2011. Pisgah Mountain Bike Stage Race 2011. Well, another great Pisgah Stage Race is on the books. 5 days, 28,000 feet of climbing, and over 195 miles on some of the most technical single track in the country is no small feat! Local favorite Sam Koerber, and Rabobank-Giant Off-Road Team's Adam Craig gave it all they had, but couldn't quite unseat The Lion King, Jeremiah Bishop, from a three-peat victory.
