The Corbin Family's News. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Snow trips in April. We decided to take a family drive up to Mt. Lassen to celebrate our semi-official beginning to summer vacation. Oddly enough, Dwayne only planned to take jackets, but Andrew was set on bringing hats, gloves, scarves, the whole bit. Smile Because It Happened. Tuesday, October 9, 2012. After getting back from McQueen, I was helping unload the band trailer. I helped put instruments and equipment away with my friend, Eli. After we were done and about to go home, he asked if I wanted to go to homecoming with him. I was a bit shocked but ended up saying yes. Mom and Dad were amazing! They helped us so much! And took me and Eli to dinner at McDonalds! Without my parents, the evening probably wouldn't have happened or have gone so smoothly.

Smile Because It Happened. Thursday, July 16, 2015. Yesterday, Wednesday the 15th, was my 3 week out mark; I have 20 more days until I leave for the Mexico MTC. I feel like I'm ready - I have clothes, the required books, all passwords written down for mom - but at the same time, not. It's a bit of a disorienting feeling. It started out as the most mild winter with no snow and tolerable cold, then in a matter of days, went to full blown blizzard. Smile Because It Happened. Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Okay, it's been a while but I have some big news! I have finally received my driver's license! On July 9th, mom took me and her friend, Rose, to the DMV. There, my total hours were counted up. I barley had the 50 hours. Mom was.anxious to say the least. =) But I had enough to take the test. Smile Because It Happened. Saturday, September 1, 2012. That whole week, we had been going and going. Friday, we decided to slow down a bit.who am I kidding? That evening, we all packed ourselves into the van and went downtown to see an Ace's game! The entire day was a lot of fun! I love baseball and I enjoyed being with my family. Overall, the whole week was amazing! I loved being with my family and doing fun activities. I think it was almost better than a vacation! Maybe next year we'll do it again!
