I came across this saffron chicken curry in the Hairy Bikers Great Curries book and thought it looked similar. And although the saffron is quite expensive to start- dont let it put you off. You only need a little bit as it goes a long way. This is the recipe adapted from the Hairy Bikers Great Curries Cookbook. 6 boneless chicken thighs.

Lemon Drizzle Cake Recipe. 150 g self-raising flour. 125 g caster sugar. 75 g softened butter, plus extra for greasing. 1 tsp baking powder. 2 1/2 tbsp milk. 1 tbsp lemon curd. Sunday, March 6, 2016. Potato Leek soup with smoked salmon. Today, finally the promised soup recipe! Leek and Potato soup with smoked salmon and a hint of orange. 1 onion finely sliced. 750 grams of creamy potato, cut into chunks. 2 small leeks, courtly cut. 1 cube of chicken stock. 75 gr of smoked salmon, cut into strips.
