Living the Dream: It's Christmas Eve!
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016/12/its-christmas-eve.html
Saturday, December 24, 2016. It's been an amazing month. I've had a lot of good conversations with close friends lately that have just made my winter so happy. I got certified as a cycle instructor. I have been crushing my base phase workouts with Paul. It's just been a really good few weeks. We made it just a few miles in before Bentley's feet got a little cold. He refuses to wear the boots Alex and Erin bought him. What a drama queen. It was just the right amount of snowshoeing though befor...After las...

Living the Dream: December 2016
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 29, 2016. 2016 has moved so quickly, and by the time I'm back in the U.S. of A., it'll already be gone. The new social media trend seems to be that we should all bash 2016, but I actually had a pretty good one. Here are a few photos to recap the year as we prep for 2017, which I know will be my best year yet. 2016 was the year of skiing. The bug bit me really hard last winter, and I'm hooked. 2016 was also the year of Montana visitors. Ben came out to visit along with my family. And as...

Living the Dream: September 2016
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 20, 2016. Nice Jacket, Mike. I Think My Mom Has the Same One." Young Life is Back. At the beginning of every school year, I get really excited that Great Falls Young Life is 'back.' After a summer of triathlon and vacation, it's always nice to see our YL kids again, but this year was a little different for me. Since I've been in Great Falls now for 4 years (what? We all took turns trying to one-up each other because if someone likes orange, burnt orange must be that much better. We...

Living the Dream: "If You're Trying to Qualify for Boston, You're in the Wrong Place"

Sunday, July 20, 2014. If You're Trying to Qualify for Boston, You're in the Wrong Place". Today I agreed to run a race with Cumber over in Stanford. It probably wasn't my best idea because I haven't been training, but we all know how that goes. The race was pretty hilly, but it was a beautiful run! The bus brought us up 13.1 miles into the mountains with no way to get home but our own legs. July 21, 2014 at 6:45 AM. I wasnt about to leave you out there! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Living the Dream: April 2016
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016_04_01_archive.html
Friday, April 29, 2016. After a few days relaxing at home with Jess and the girls, it was wedding time. I got all dressed up and took a really great professional mirror photo to send to my friends. My smile was on point. The reception was solid. It was efficient. The speeches were great, and the dance floor was full from start to finish. You know when you get back from vacation and wish you just had another day to sleep in? Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Uncle Michael, I Can't Play My iPod in the Morning....

Living the Dream: March 2016
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 27, 2016. IronUpdate: Looking Toward This Season. This winter was one of my favorite so far in Montana. For some wonderful reason, this was really the first year I became focused on ski season. I think it was partly nice to have something to do to keep me busy while I was recovering from last season. It was also great to have such incredible people to spend the season with. Since then, I've done a few races with friends here in Montana, but it's a little early for Montana triathlons. My las...

Living the Dream: November 2016
http://mkraft19.blogspot.com/2016_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 20, 2016. As I've said before, October is always my favorite month of running in Montana. It always starts out with Wolf Creek Relay. On the first Sunday and ends with Montana Cup on the last Saturday. It's quite the event. Last year. The women's race kicked off first, and though our team was small, it had more spirit than anyone around. Ashley led the team out of the woods for the first loop and never let up. She was our #1 Great Falls runner and had a great race. Wolf Creek Relay 2016.

Monday, February 29, 2016. In Exchange for Your Watch, I'll Give You a Lifetime Subscription to My Friendship.". After running the Snow Joke. On Saturday, it was a quick turn around back to Great Falls. Every year, the city hosts a Food and Wine festival that brings in wineries from all over the country and food from around town. We always use it as an excuse to dress up, and it's always a blast with great friends. Here are a few pictures of our spiffy looking crowd. Sunday, February 28, 2016. For lunch ...
