Matt and Jenn: September 2013
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Well I'm fully into the second trimester. I remember at one point during my last pregnancy, thinking that I could be pregnant forever. I felt great! That was sometime in the second trimester, but I don't remember when. I'm still waiting for that point, because I'm not there yet! I'm also three years older, so maybe that point will never come.Haha! I think that sums it up for now. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Love at First Sight. Life as a Wester. Matt and Jenn: January 2014
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Pregnancy Update: 41 weeks. Well little Sadie Joy is taking her sweet time in joining us, which is fine by me. The last two weeks have been rough healthwise, and it is a true blessing that she's being patient with me and letting me feel better! For the last week and a half, I've done very little except sit at home, rest, watch tv, read, and sleep. Yesterday was the first day I did much, and it felt good to be slightly productive again. This morning, I went to church, and it wore me out! I am so grateful ...

Matt and Jenn: Two Months
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2014/03/two-months.html
Our sweet Sadie girl is somehow already two months old! Sadly, that means I am headed back to work in just over a week. Fortunately, I headed back only one day a week for the month of April, so I still get some sweet time with my baby girl. The last couple of weeks have been good! My main goal has really been to work on the schedule and getting Sadie to nap more consistently on her own and on a fairly routine time frame. The reality of the schedule is so much more difficult with a toddler! Sadie continue...

Well the little miss will be two weeks old yesterday and had her two week checkup Wednesday. Grayson was at daycare, so we had ourselves a little outing. The doctor visit went great. She did very well and everything looked good. Here are her stats:. Weight: 7 lb 7 oz (32.67%). Height: 20.5 in (74.09%). Head: 14.17 in (82.57%). After the doctor visit, we took our first trip to Target. Momentous! She slept the entire time which made the trip enjoyable for Mom. Labels: Month to Month. A week has already pas...

Matt and Jenn: March 2013
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Since I'm writing this post about six months late, my commentary will be limited, because I truly don't remember all of the things Grayson was into at this point. Shame on me! I vow to do better. Anywho, we had a low key birthday party with just family which was perfect for our little guy. Too many people can often overwhelm and overpower him, and so this was great. Thank you to all of our family that attended. And Happy Birthday, Grayson! Labels: Month to Month. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Matt and Jenn: Six Months
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2014/07/six-months.html
I can hardly believe you're halfway to turning 1. Crazy! You are such a joy, and we delight in you. Here's what you're up to these days:. Typically happy and content, the last week or so you've been much more clingy and irritable when not being held. I think it's because you're getting a tooth, but who knows? Still sleeping through the night like a champ. You rarely make a peep all night. And then you take one more nap at about 5:00 for about 45 minutes. You love your big brother, and he loves you! Roll ...

Matt and Jenn: November 2012
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Thursday morning we closed the trunk of the gray Honda which was overloaded with all sorts of goods- mainly for a certain 21-month-old that was traveling with us. The good ole Pack N' Play, the booster seat, three bags full of clothes, diapers, sippy cups, Christmas gifts for the cousins. You name it, we had it. We were headed north prepared. Getting ready to take an afternoon stroll after lunch. Hard to not enjoy a day in the mid-70s with little to no wind! Loving Nana and Papa Brooks! Saturday we spent...

Matt and Jenn: Fourth of July
http://mateoandjenn.blogspot.com/2014/07/fourth-of-july.html
Fourth of July in our new neighborhood is so much fun! Needless to say, we missed the parade. It was quite a bummer, because we'd really talked it up. There was going to be a firetruck there, and that's all Grayson talked about all day. He was so upset to have missed it. (I think we'll be paying the fire station a visit sometime soon! Overall, we made the best of our day and look forward to celebrating future fourth's together! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Love at First Sight. Life as a Wester.
