Bee in the Queen's Bonnet: May 2008
http://beeinqueensbonnet.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Bee in the Queen's Bonnet. Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Lindsay set this blog up for me. Nice of her. Jason helped think of a name for it though it is a little different than what he suggested. Funny, Jason, real funny. Lindsay and I had such a fun day today. We were on our way to Chino's Costco and low and behold what did we find? One of those new outside malls. Imagine our surprise, our delight, the shouts of joy in our car. Dad probably won't share my enthusiasm for this great find. Oh, well. Shelfari: Bo...

Bee in the Queen's Bonnet: September 2008
http://beeinqueensbonnet.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Bee in the Queen's Bonnet. Sunday, September 21, 2008. We have arrived in Orlando safely and are staying at a beautiful hotel. It's warm and muggy but that's okay so far. At dinner last night a couple told us that John McCain was staying at our hotel. We had noticed a lot of black vans and SUVs. And wondered if they were for McCain. This morning as we were riding down the elevator we saw a woman wearing a Palin. After nearly an hour of waiting, Governor Palin. Since I first realized that John F Kennedy w...

http://taylortroop.blogspot.com/2009/10/pumpkin-walk.html
Tuesday, October 6, 2009. Blakeslie got to participate in her first Pumpkin Walk at her school. She has been going to support her cousins for a couple of years. She was so excited to have her very own pumpkin this year. I had a good time helping a couple of days in her classroom to paint and get everything ready. I'm so thankful she loves everything about kindergarten! Too bad it was soooo freezing cold this year! Looks like Blakslies pumpkin turned out cute. October 9, 2009 at 12:03 PM. 8220;I’m s...

The Michael and Heather Higbee Family. Monday, October 3, 2011. Lindsay celebrated her 9th birthday with lots of fun activities including a pool party to celebrate finishing their summer reading program, delicious cake, and donuts for breakfast. A little less fun was looking for cars for part of the day. Lindsay with all of her siblings except for Emily. She blew out all of her candles with one big breath. She wished for a new car and the next day we got our Suburban! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

The Michael and Heather Higbee Family: September 2010
http://mhhigbees.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
The Michael and Heather Higbee Family. Sunday, September 5, 2010. Lindsay was baptized yesterday. It was a beautiful day filled with lots of joy for our family. The first pictures of the day are at the bottom, so you may want to scroll down and work your way up. Here is one last shot of the sisters together. They grow more beautiful each day but I think it has a lot to do with their sweet hearts and desire to do good. Grandmommy and Grandpa Higbee were also with us for the baptism and lunch. Since I am 3...

Taylor Troop: 1st Day of Kindergarten!!!
http://taylortroop.blogspot.com/2009/08/1st-day-of-kindergarten.html
Saturday, August 29, 2009. 1st Day of Kindergarten! Well that thing I have been dreading for 33 months finally happened. Blakeslie is officially in school. She is so excited and happy - it is mom who is dragging her feet. I'm not sad about her going to school necessarily, she LOVES to learn and thrives on any new knowledge. I'm just dreading the schedule. Do you understand what this will do to my traveling? But on to much more exciting topics. YAHOOO for baby! September 15, 2009 at 3:39 PM. Chip and I we...

Taylor Troop: Halloween
http://taylortroop.blogspot.com/2009/11/halloween.html
Thursday, November 5, 2009. Cinderella and Shirley Temple. I had to put on the video of the Tap Dancing Shirley, but we couldn't figure out how to rotate it. Does anyone out there know how - please let me know! Sorry about the crink in the neck. Blakeslie was so hilarious in her tap shoes. She would break out into a tap show any chance she got. The best part was it looked more like The River Dance than tap, but we loved it! Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point. December 13, 2009 at 3:45 AM. My how you guys ...

We love them and wish we could see them more often. Jonathan and Isaac enjoyed playing together during the reunion. They are very handsome boys. This is where most of the kids sat for meal times. It was totally amazing how much food it took to feed all of us. Evan and Jonathan pose for a picture. They were a ...

Taylor Troop: May 2009
http://taylortroop.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Blakeslie said the only good thing about all the rainy days was wearing her raincoat. While Blakeslie has been at dance class I have been taking Mayzie to a Kindermusik class. It has been so much fun just having something for the two of us to do together. She thinks she is such a big girl and her favorite part is saying “hi” and “bye” into the microphone. Mother’s Day Tea. What could be better? Blakeslie may have found more eggs, but Mayzie definitely ate more. I think I’m go...
