I went to the Foodies Festival on the grounds of Hampton Court Palace with some friends. So much great food and ideas, but my favorite part of the day was discovering the “Pride of Iowa” cookie at one stand. How could I resist? Pride of Iowa cookies. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 cup butter, softened. 3 cups rolled oats. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
