MEET YOUR LOCAL CANDIDATE. Rob Adlard is the Conservative Candidate in the forthcoming by-election for the Longdendale ward. Rob was the Parliamentary Candidate in May, in which he reduced Labour’s majority from 8500 down to just 2744. Peter Hayes, who stood for Council in May, is Rob’s political agent this time. Peter’s work commitments prevented him standing this time. As Rob’s agent, Peter is fully involved in Rob’s campaign (including writing this post! For details of your Euro MPs, click here.
