The most likely scenario is that we will have a final answer on whether the Health Care Reform Act is constitutional by the end of June, still four months away from election Tuesday. Try and keep this in mind while watching the remaining Republican debates and the first presidential ones as well––by mid-summer this will be a non-issue and deserves to be treated as such now.
