The Life of a Costume Student. The Importance of being Ernest. This was the first project where I really started practicising with rendering techniques in a helpful way, and I feel that my drawing came on leaps and bounds after this project. I kept it very edwardian, trying to keep close to the period in which the play was written. The Life of a Costume Student. Another theatre project for Abduction From the Seraglio, the first opera and second project we were designing to be made afterwards. This really effected how I designed for this production as I was constantly thinking about how I would be able to make it if it got chosen.
