Wednesday, April 25, 2012. From Dinosaurs to Birds: Wither Gaming Consoles? I'm a digital media, data mining and mobile advertising sort of fellow, and - although I am an an active, non-apologetic gamer - I have never touched a line of game code in my life. (Well, I did write a Towers of Hanoi. Application in LISP for an AI course once, but that doesn't really count.) So imagine my strangeness yesterday when I found myself at the LA Games 2012 Conference. Opening Slide for Ben Cousin's. The second type o...

Over the next year, I became indoctrinated into the program, which was being administered beautifully by Sarah Price. A full year after agreeing to pay out the $1,500, I received "The Email." Florian Jensen's Weblog. 23 November, 2009. Finally, it’s here! It was worth the wait. All in all, very very sleek. Of course, it wouldn’t be Spotify, if it wouldn’t sync your playlists in realtime. This is, pardon my french, fucking awesome! Like on the iPhone or Andriod, you can select which playlists to sync, and you’ll see it syncing. I tested it on Three UK, and it worked surprisingly well. Just as good as the Desktop client, which I think is an amazing accomplishment! 12 October, 2008. The battery ...

Florian Jensen's Weblog. 12 October, 2008. Bye Bye E61. Hello E71! As promised, here’s a post about my new E71. It has everything the E61 had, and a lot more! The battery life is amazing, 3G or 3,5G works very well, Nokia Maps is very useful, and all the Symbian “Problems” are gone. A thing which a normal person would expect with a Symbian Phone, is that it’s a bit slow. Not the E71! It loads the applications lightining fast. Best phone ever! You can read the post here. The iPhone has been beaten! I inst...
