I relived a bit of my childhood today while watching the neighbors kids. Elle was quite the chatterbox and really kept me laughing. But it was playing all of the good ol' games that really was fun. Duck-duck-goose- This really turned into tag inside the house. bzzt. Sorry Mom. . Hide-and-go-seek- Down side to this, it's much harder to hide once you grow up. Much has happened over the past two years. as can be imagined. I served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to the Virginia Richmond Mission. My life has forever been changed! I wanted to share some thoughts I sent home concerning our individual life journeys. 8220;Over the past couple of months I've had a lot of time to reflect upon how each of our paths through life is different. As a teacher my intent is to increase knowledge and understanding in my students, however, the more I pursue this goal I often find myself learning more from them. Our theme this month is butterflies, however as our studies have taken place my testimony of the eternal truth of ”becoming” has been strengthened. 8220;And thus they become new creatures; and unless they do this, they can in nowise inherit the kingdom of God.” Mosiah 27:26. 2008 Neighborhood Olympic Games. Watching the olympics has been a long. Time favorite pastime of mine. I admit, I was counting down for the opening ceremony and had cleared my calendar to be able to enjoy it all- Alright maybe it was just by chance that the summer camp I've been working at ended the week before. but who is even asking anyways? I was excited to say the least. I planned to have two weeks clear for some quality. Television (I might also add the best television coverage every two years).
