I never liked the number until last year. August 13th and now the 13th week….It’s the magic number 13! It was exactly 13 weeks and 3 days when all the queasiness and nausea went away…like disappeared. People told me it was amazing how it will just go away within a day, but I simply couldn’t believe it. I forgot what life was like without a stomach that was constantly telling me to do something with it. It has been wonderful to say the least! Thanks mom and dad! It’s a miracle! We are almost through our first trimester, 11 weeks, and for those of us that use months for anything over 4 weeks… we are a little over 2.5 months. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. MB Bike Week 2013. We hopped on our Harley's, strapped the babies to our backs, and headed out to Myrtle Beach for BIKE WEEK! Hakidding. It WAS bike week, and we DID go to Myrtle, but only because some wonderful friends gave us the HUGE blessing of letting us crash at their beautiful beach house for a few days. Monday, May 19, 2014. Laura Gets Her JD. Yesterday I got to see my sister get her law school degree! Laura was accepted into quite a few law schools, but Wake Forest was the one closest to us. Connor and I took her up for an accepted students tour, and we were psyched when it was the school she chose to go to!
