They are also very easy and fast to make! 3 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats. 1 cup chopped nuts – i like to use walnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews – but really any selection works. 1 cup sweetened or unsweetened flaked coconut. 1/3 cup flax seeds or wheat germ.
