Jag har tidigare använt lupinmjöl i mellanmålsmuffins/bars men förra veckan sprang jag äntligen på hela torkade lupinbönor. De har en härlig platt form och påminner lite om spelbrickor. När jag köpte dem visste jag inte vad jag gav mig in på på! Skölj och blötlägg bönorna 10 timmar eller längre. Koka upp bönorna och låt sjuda i en timma.
