LT Games - Online Portfolio. Level Editor and Game Engine. This is a quick XNA based music visualisation I wrote in about an hour one day. I'd never written one before and was curious to see what effects I could achieve. It's written in C# with XNA, and uses XNA's MediaPlayer class to play the music track and provide media samples and frequency data. The effect is achieved by using a pair of off-screen render targets to store the previous frame's results, but slightly faded and rotated.

LT Games - Online Portfolio. Level Editor and Game Engine. The first assignment for our "Console Development 1" module required us to write a series of graphics functions, such as DrawLine, DrawCircle, FillPolygon etc, in pure MIPS assembly language. The code had to run within the MARS java application using the built in Bitmap Display tool. With this tool, a program running within the simulator can draw individual pixels to the screen by writing a value to a particular location in memory.

At 18 months, he is pretty tall and skinny for his age. He just moved into a big boy bed this weekend and is doing very well. He figured out the other day that he can get out which is a bummer. But for the most part, he stays in bed at night, then in the morning he gets up and goes to the gate. Maybe one day I will fill these boots!
