http://chaotickiddos.blogspot.com/2012/11/all-aboard.html
Going forward. and back. I will have "Memory Monday" where I will write about my childhood. "Throwback Thursday" will be about things that were popular or in style when I was growing up. Dare I say, I actually had an idea for Wednesdays, but I already forgot it? I guess it's good that I am writing things down. Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Yes, this actually happened to. http://andthencomesbaby.blogspot.com/2009/05/52-weeks-week-20.html
Monday, May 18, 2009. 52 Weeks- Week 20. Week 20: We drove to the small town of Peninsula, OH about 2 hours north to take part in "A Day Out with Thomas". I loved seeing the wonder in Evan's eyes as he got to see his favorite train in person, and even ride on him. You can check out more about our adventure here! Thomas is coming near us at the end of June and we already have our tickets. I don't dare tell Gabe about it just yet, a month can seem like forever! May 18, 2009 at 11:21 PM. Jon David and Josiah.

MyAwesomeOliveShoots: A boy who loved Barney
http://myawesomeoliveshoots.blogspot.com/2012/05/boy-who-loved-barney-and-guns.html
Tuesday, May 15, 2012. A boy who loved Barney. When Nate was a wee lad, he loved Barney and guns. That is an odd combination if you ask me. Barney is creepy and I am not a gun person. Things that explode or shoot scare me more than a huge purple dinosaurs. I love the skinned knee, he was so proud of himself. For being on top of a mountain. Holding a plastic airplane. Feeling like a tough guy, Nate is truly a gift from God. What's a mama to do? Nate is a man's man there's no denying it! So similar to my o...

MyAwesomeOliveShoots: R-Day, 60 seconds
http://myawesomeoliveshoots.blogspot.com/2008/06/r-day-60-seconds.html
Monday, June 30, 2008. R-Day, 60 seconds. You have 60 seconds to say your farewells,". We are all entering a new phase in our lives. After saying our farewells, there were two floors of vendors and organizations to greet us. Nearly ever booth had a box of Kleenex. It was reassuring to see that in the midst of all this decorum and granite, they had chiseled out a lot of compassion and concern. Psalm 63:7 and 8. I am weepy just reading your blog. But you made it through! Love you all, Gigi. Sew Much Fun - ...

MyAwesomeOliveShoots: Creating unconditional love on cardboard

Saturday, May 19, 2012. Creating unconditional love on cardboard. Making Aaron's senior table was truly an act of love. Wednesday night, on the eve of high school graduation, moms and dads filled the gymnasium for a shining gesture. With Herculean effort, we decorated senior tables for our offspring. I know because I was among those parents attempting, in some im. Possible way to contain love on a 30"x30" plot of space. Talk about pressure! Middle OS senior pic taken by Aunt Lorri. MyAwesomeOliveShoots: April 2012
http://myawesomeoliveshoots.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 4, 2012. The bunny in the window. The most adorable thing I've ever seen. In a hospital gift shop. Last pic of the bunny and me. Each day for ten days prior to seeing my mom, I'd go and check on the ceramic bunny with the powder blue overalls. And each time, an internal battle would loom within as I pondered taking him home with me. Did I really want an emblem of my mom's turmoil? What if my mom died here? Alas, the decision was taken from me. Here's what happened. Nothing - and the othe...

MyAwesomeOliveShoots: Sorting and savoring
http://myawesomeoliveshoots.blogspot.com/2012/06/aaron-taking-final-bow-during-his-last.html
Monday, June 4, 2012. Aaron taking a final bow during his. Last drama performance. Yes, I cried. It's that let-down feeling you have after everything is said and done. Your busy plans are complete, bags are emptied, things are sort of back in place and despite a moment of rest, you are still utterly exhausted and drained. Your company has left and life is back to normal - that is until your husband has meniscus surgery this Wednesday. The Class Crest of 2012. How much money did we spend? It sure seems li...
