Wednesday, April 20, 2011. So, we have this ongoing joke in our house about the magic blanket. We were given a Little Giraffe Blanket. And blanky (little square blanket) for a shower gift when Connor was born! It was a gorgeous blanket and super soft! He loved being rocked and snuggled up in this SUPER soft blanket. Needless to say these blankets have stuck around. We have big blanky and little blanky. We love these blankets SO much I decided to order one for Ryan's easter basket. Check it out here.

Sunday, July 19, 2009. We spent last Friday-Wednesday just outside of Montreal, Quebec in a small town called LaChute. Matt's Gran and Uncle live up there and we went to see them. Nans and Gramps both grew up in Montreal and LaChute and enjoyed showing Connor where they grew up. It was his first trip to visit his Great Gran and Great Uncle Don. I eat oatmeal pretty much every day and saw a favorite store of mine offering instant pumpkin oatmeal, so I figured I would give it a try with the real deal.
