All Things Food - Good Eating in a Busy World. Sunday, November 28, 2010. Blondies - Murphy style. Dry mix: 2 c flour, 2 c oats (quick oats), 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Cream together: 2 c sugar, 1 1/3 c butter, 2 eggs, 3 tbs milk, 2 tsp vanilla. 12 oz choc chips. To creamed ingredients add dry mix 1/4 at a time. Mix in choc chips. spread over a greased pan.
