Tuesday, March 31, 2009. We are hosting Easter Brunch at the Bistro Sunday April 12th from 11am until 4pm. Chef Mike has created a great menu with lots of delicious selections to choose from. He has included Maddi's favorites like Fried Chicken and Shrimp and Grits as well as specialty omelets and Pecan Waffles with Roasted Almonds and Banana Syrup. YUM! I can't wait to try it myself! The Fried Chicken is staying, but Chef Eric has changed the chicken to a free-range chicken from Springer Mountain NC. The meat is even better than it already was if you can believe it!
