It’s For Life. Who What Where Why When. As the wheel turns, so turn I. Remember, Life Is To Be LIVED! It’s For Life. Over the years my weight has gone up and down like a blinking yo-yo! Unfortunately for me every time pounds have returned to me they have brought some friends along with them resulting in my ‘heaviest ever’ weight being larger every year😦. When I got married in September 1988, aged 19, I weighed approximately 10 stone. Yes that IS right, in three years and five months I doubled my weight.
