The asparagus fern planter boxes on all floors are going to be removed to do needed maintenance to the plant systems and the boxes that house them. Once the inner boxes are removed the outer wooden boxes will be inspected to determine the scope of repairs needed. The inner boxes will be returned once repairs needed to the outer boxes have been completed.

The Board was extremely disappointed with the job EmpireWorks was doing. They were doing a substandard job of painting and their promise to communicate properly with homeowners never happened.
