What's Going On: Stuck in Dubai
http://jmsenger.blogspot.com/2014/09/stuck-in-dubai.html
Sep 1, 2014. Okay, so we're not exactly stuck as bad as this guy. Currently west of the Azores making its way across the Atlantic to the US. We've hit the Dubai Mall a few times to buy clothes for work and for working out, though I'm fully prepared for another dive trip should the opportunity arise. On a totally unrelated topic, does anyone reading this know anything about buying watches online? I've got a few I'm interested in from Jaeger-LeCoultre. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sunday, February 5, 2012. Friday Night Fights, Super Bowl and The Mid Winter Classic. Did you know today is Super Bowl Sunday? So I'll watch and I'll root for the Pats and I'll try to avoid pounding 3000 calories into me that will make me hate myself tomorrow. My mother LOVES the game so I'll plan to give her a buzz tonight at about 6:29 just to "shoot the breeze". Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Vermont Bike Weekend. Good times. Mike MacDonald and Me. http://bootstrapbobturner.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 19, 2012. WOWThat was a quick seven months! Speaking of The Speed Lab.We have moved our activities down to Orthopaedic Associates in Saco this year. This has been a great move. We have a bigger space, a bunch of CompuTrainers and plenty of energy for a long winter of offseason bike training. OA hired a top notch local remodeling contractor (ahem) to make some minor changes to the Performance Lab and BANG - New Speed Lab! Check out our class schedule at www.orthoassociates/performance.

Swimming for ME: July 2010

Monday, July 26, 2010. Race Report: Peaks to Portland 2010. This is our life happening . and it is happening right now. - Michael Chabon. That is my main reason I like doing open water races. In those moments of the race, I live fully in the present. Painful or exhilarating, I and everyone in that race, is right there. Kathy and I at the finish. However in balance of this, our group had well over 20 swimmers join the 192 that completed the race, many of whom swam for the first time. Julie taking a moment.

Hometown race for Cape Ann'ers and a beautiful venue. I'd like to get a few others in on this fun short swim too - John, Mike, Susan? This race was particularly fun as I got to see my sister and brother in law and adorable. Niece Alessandra (pictures to come). The flatness (why would that matter) or poor fit of my wetsuit.
