I Hear Your Laugh Like a Serenade: May 2012
http://itisfinallynaptime.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
I Hear Your Laugh Like a Serenade. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Surround Yourself With Love. Alone in the house yesterday I was going to get a hold on the cleaning and instead thought, today is it. I'm doing it. Ha! Only ha because it took 90 minutes to comb through a box to find a specific picture only to discover it wasn't there. Despite this set back I finished finding pictures, uploaded them and worked furiously on the book. It's still not complete, but I'm working! At one point I asked if she would like t...

I Hear Your Laugh Like a Serenade: Focusing....a few weeks late
http://itisfinallynaptime.blogspot.com/2015/07/focusinga-few-weeks-late.html
I Hear Your Laugh Like a Serenade. Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Focusing.a few weeks late. I originally wrote this a month ago, but like all of my writing these days, it sat in draft form til it was outdated *. Fast forward to today where I am trying to push the focus button on my life.and on the thoughts coming out of my head. Instead of crisp, detailed words, I'm battling a blur of unkept emotion streaming from an unclear series of events. July 18, 2016 at 3:06 PM. July 18, 2016 at 3:06 PM. It all adds up.

Kate's Stopping Spree: State Of The Garden: December
http://www.stoppingspree.com/2012/12/state-of-garden-december.html
About the Stopping Spree. Saturday, December 29, 2012. State Of The Garden: December. There is not much going on in the gardening world this month.which is a good thing since December is already frantic enough as it is! I did spend a little time cleaning and sharpening all my tools. Also, all the new gardening catalogs came! Steph and I are going to split some orders (just like we did last winter). This saves money because what in the world am I supposed to do with 1200 carrot seeds? I'm shocked at how m...

Kate's Stopping Spree: Happy New Year!
http://www.stoppingspree.com/2012/12/happy-new-year.html
About the Stopping Spree. Sunday, December 30, 2012. Hooray. It's New Year's Eve.which is also known as the most over-hyped holiday of the entire year. Can you sense my enthusiasm? Brian and I had a quiet NYE all by ourselves. We cracked some cheap champagne. And smooched at midnight. It was actually one of the only years I can recall staying up until midnight on NYE! Even Harmon stayed up late with us! But he did not like his hat very much.). Although I'm not a huge fan of the New Year's Eve hype, I.

Kate's Stopping Spree: Christmas ReinBEER
http://www.stoppingspree.com/2012/12/christmas-reinbeer.html
About the Stopping Spree. Saturday, December 22, 2012. It's no secret that I'm a sucker for a project. A challenge. An assignment. Especially one that requires minimal physical activity. Well, a few weeks ago, Brian and I met up with one of my long-time pals, Leah. She had just graduated from her Masters program and was having a celebratory gathering at a bar called The Tap Room. Is even named Harmon. But for whatever reason, we hadn't been to The Tap Room before. Here is the "passport" they issued us:.

Kate's Stopping Spree: Gift-Giving Breakdown
http://www.stoppingspree.com/2012/12/gift-giving-breakdown.html
About the Stopping Spree. Tuesday, December 18, 2012. My dad especially loved Christmas. He's always been a generous person, fond of surprises and impulse-shopping. I'll never forget the Christmas of 1985. It was a scene right out of a movie. We had already opened our exhaustive piles of gifts and I was gently brushing the hair on my new My Child doll, when my dad said, "Hey, what's that over there? My brother and I chorused. We sprinted over the designated spot and sure enough, there. I was already in d...

Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Our Annual Trip to SLC. On Monday we got back from our annual trip to Salt Lake City with my dad. We had a great time and we even got some snow - the day we left! On Friday C wanted to go up to see the capital building. We went inside and ended up going on a tour. The building has been closed for the last 4-5 years for a 250 million renovation. It is a gorgeous building! On Sunday we all attended The Spoken Word in the confernce center. It was a wonderful show. That ...Teach...

Kate's Stopping Spree: Whistler: Woes & Wows
http://www.stoppingspree.com/2012/12/whistler-woes-wows.html
About the Stopping Spree. Friday, December 21, 2012. Whistler: Woes and Wows. Brian has been itching to take Cooper skiing at Whistler, BC. He'd been talking about it since last year, but decided that this Winter Break was. He and Cooper were. Now, my husband is a brilliant man in many ways. That said, planning ahead is quite simply not one of his strengths. You shall soon see what I mean. A few days before Winter Break, Brian "learned" two things. 1) Cooper. And this, my friends, is how. It all sounded ...

ALL in the Fight: May 2010
http://allinthefight.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
ALL in the Fight. Monday, May 31, 2010. Really, it doesn't seem like it's been that long? Where does time go, it really doesn't seem like that long ago since I updated this thing. So sorry! I think Facebook will be the death of the blog. That's so sad. He only has FOUR treatments left and he's done! There will be a lot, as it's been forever since the last post! Rocky the bucket head. He loves playing with this plastic pot that some of our flowers came in. Seriously.hours of entertainment. It was so cool.

.E.M.K.: My Testimony
http://ericandmallory.blogspot.com/2010/04/my-testimony.html
Friday, April 2, 2010. So, it being Conference weekend and all, I figured this is a great time to share my testimony. Here it is. I'll try to keep it simple. We are children of a loving Heavenly Father. His greatest desire for us is to have joy. That's it. So, through Christ, He created this earth and sent us here to experience lots of things: joy, sorrow, bitter, sweet, excitement, disappoinment, hunger, fatness, hot, cold, etc. All so that we could gain understanding and experience. It all adds up.
