200908.09 @ 15:21. August 9th, 2009. On 2009.08.09 at 15:21. In these economic times, we fashionistas are taking a hard hit. Money is becoming scarce and price tags keep on soaring. Garments that were in near financial reach last year now seem miles away. In a age where style is constantly in flux, a standstill wardrobe is unacceptable. We here at Stylecunt are not blind to your plight, and would like to offer some (hopefully) helpful advise. MAKE DO AND MEND. Can’t afford it now? Pay it off over time!

corrieberry pie: Handmade Holiday
http://corrieberrypie.blogspot.com/2012/12/handmade-holiday.html
Tuesday, December 4, 2012. For a few years now we've been making all (or most) of the Christmas gifts we give. This can be tricky for few reasons. For one, it's hectic and busy and by December 25th I feel like a ragged little elf who desperately needs a nap and a pedicure ( hint hint Santa! The other drawback is that after doing it for a few years, I run out of things to make! One can only give a purse or pair of earrings so many times. This year, I decided to paint these signs for teacher gifts:. Keepin...

Friday, November 30, 2012. We are ready ready ready for Christmas. Super ready. Couldn't be more ready. Not so much for the Christmas day present hoopla thing - although that will be fun. But we are counting down until we pack our bags, load up the car and make our way through the mountains to family! We miss them all so much! And we get to spend time with both sides this year and we can hardly wait. It's a small thing to do, but helps us pass each day. It'll be here before we know it! Vintage charms....

corrieberry pie: An Apron For Mimi
http://corrieberrypie.blogspot.com/2009/01/apron-for-mimi.html
Friday, January 9, 2009. An Apron For Mimi. This was for my Mother-in-law's birthday last weekend. I took a huge risk.the fruity fabric is from an old tablecloth that belonged to her Aunt Lillian, who passed away a few years ago. I thought she would either love the sentiment, or cry because I chopped up her table cloth. Fortunately, she adores it as much as I do. I'm serious, this one was hard to part with! I love how it looks like I. And who knew that aprons fold up into little self-wrapped presents?

corrieberry pie: Fox & Squirrel
http://corrieberrypie.blogspot.com/2011/12/fox-squirrel.html
Monday, December 5, 2011. My kids are four and one and they just got their first stockings. Pitiful, I know. We just never got around to it, and the four year old didn't know any better until this year. So we got away with it for a little while. :). This cutie set of woodland creature stockings was a team effort from my husband and me. He did that lovely whip stitch you see around the top edge - pretty, huh? Here's to full stockings. Cheers! Seriously, corrie, judah and ruthie are going to treasure those!

http://corrieberrypie.blogspot.com/2012/11/new-listing-night-sky-earrings.html
Tuesday, November 27, 2012. New Listing - Night Sky Earrings. I have a friend, a really really cool friend ( you know the type. Who always has a rad mixture of earrings on. Try as I may, I can't ever seem to mix my up just right to accomplish that effortless asymmetrical balance. For those of us with that problem ( using the term "problem" ever so lightly here. My latest listing could offer a solution. For details on the Night Sky Earrings. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Have a good laugh.
