Thursday, November 12, 2009. This here is my pre-pregnancy weight. Well, according to my Dr's office (148 lbs). I thought I was more around 144 lbs. But whatever, there was about a month in between those weighs and which included Christmas last year, so its possible. :P. I'm hoping to keep shredding these lbs. with the new Jillian Micheal's video that I just ordered. 30 Day Shred. Seems to be the hype right now. I need what I can, to help tighten up this flab. :). 1535 (10/29) - no change. 5 ft 8 in.

Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Here I am 3 weeks after delivery and ready to do some walking. Just some for now. Well what I thought would be some, turned into 3.5 miles today! So with that being my first real workout, I guess I need to keep this up if I want to get to my goal weight of 140 lbs. I know my goal last year was 130 lbs. but lets be realistic here and start small. Lets get down to pre-pregnancy weight first, then we can talk about the other 10 lbs. later. I have joined Michelle Sauer's Lose the Chub Club Weightloss Challenge in an effort to lose these remaining pounds that have seemed to have plateaued and not go anywhere. My first weigh-in was at 162 lbs. today. Tonight I weighed in at 159.5 lbs. That's great to see a number in the 150's! That means I am that much closer to getting there! Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Totally going to toot my own horn here. Monday I ran without Grant and the BOB. Just to see what pace I could comfortably do and see how in shape I am. I was able to maintain between 7:55-8:05 for a hilly 4 miles! And it felt decently easy. That's pretty darn close to my training pace pre-baby. That makes me very happy.
