Thursday, June 27, 2013. Ed and I are becoming more conscious on what we eat. As much as possible, we eat less rice and less meat (of pork and beef) especially in the evening. So here's a very easy and healthy recipe of Bangus that I prepared the other night. 1 medium size Bangus, slit on its belly. 1-pc garlic head, chopped. 1-pc onion, chopped. 1-pc tomato, chopped. Heat the steamer. Add a few drops (around 1 teaspoon) of sesame oil on the liquid for added flavor and aroma. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
