The Duncan's Newlywed Beginnings...: Ben on the Ancient Crapper in Israel
http://mikeandstaceyduncan.blogspot.com/2009/04/ben-on-ancient-crapper-in-israel.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Ben on the Ancient Crapper in Israel. I have to look through thousands of pictures for Ancient World, one of Dr. Spencer's classes. In class he doesn't use notes, he simply shows slide shows and explains from the pictures. I'm taking it as an independent study, so I don't actually go to class, so I have to look through all the pictures and write a journal of them. Apparently my good friend, Ben. Has become a star in Ancient World due to his expressive use of the Ancient Crapper.

One day at a time...: These are a few of my favorite places

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. One day at a time. Tuesday, September 2, 2008. These are a few of my favorite places. I took the day off work today, fully intending to clean and do laundry all day. Well, I got the laundry done (no thanks to a power outage mid-day), but the cleaning took a backseat to my latest home dec project. Anyone who knows me knows how nostalgic I am. This is just the latest expression of that nostalgia. Call it a scrapbook on a wall, if you will!

One day at a time...: Rachael and Sarah Go To Washington - Day Three

CLICK HERE FOR THOUSANDS OF FREE BLOGGER TEMPLATES. One day at a time. Saturday, August 30, 2008. Rachael and Sarah Go To Washington - Day Three. I'd never been to Monticello before, and I loved it. James Madison once said that there were few houses that exhibited their owner's personality so well as Monticello did Thomas Jefferson's. The house has many elements hinting at the time that Jefferson spent in France, as well as his love for science, books, gardening and architecture. So, tomorrow's plan is t...

The Duncan's Newlywed Beginnings...: December 2008
http://mikeandstaceyduncan.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 2, 2008. For Thanksgiving this year, Mike and I went to his parents' house to eat turkey and all that. It was good, and I was sad that we didn't have any leftovers because (obviously) they stayed at his parents' house! So I decided I was going to make my very first turkey so we could have leftovers. I didn't really follow a recipe, I just read some tips from Food Network magazine and called my mom to hear her tips, and made a beautiful turkey! Look how yummy that looks! It was so cute.

The Duncan's Newlywed Beginnings...: September 2008
http://mikeandstaceyduncan.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 30, 2008. The sorrow of my friends is my sorrow. I've been through a few. Tough times in my life. I've just found out that one of my best friends is now going through something terribly similar. I hate this feeling, like watching a car wreck knowing that. You can't do anything to help. You can't do anything at all. Just watch like a documentary. And hope, and pray that God would be most glorified. And that he would do as he does. And work a miracle. You consider it to take it in hand.

The Duncan's Newlywed Beginnings...: November 2008
http://mikeandstaceyduncan.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 28, 2008. However, Mike and I decided to rearrange some stuff in our house last week to make more space, and I decided to take over the baker's rack in the dining room to create a scrapbook corner! I am so proud of my organization skills and my creative use of space! What is great about this is everything is within arm reach so I don't have to make a whirlwind of stuff around me to scrap! I even printed these pictures and made a scrapbook page of it! Posted by Mike Stacey Duncan. 23 Take...

Sunday, October 26, 2008. Beginning of Fall - FINALLY! I am so glad it is finally starting to feel like fall outside. I am sick of sweating as soon as I walk out the door, my car being hot as an oven, and I am getting tired of my summer clothes. Today I cleaned out our closet and put my summer clothes away and my winter clothes on hangers! Its exciting for us. He's preaching over 1 Peter 1:10-16. It was Mike's first time voting in a presidential election! I voted last time in the Bush election, and I've ...
