I was super proud of myself. not only did i go by myself, i bumped up the speed on the treadmill by .5 mph, rode the bike twice as long, and did 60 sit-ups with 20 pounds on the machine. A GUY at work asked me if i was losing weight (and meant it in a complementing way) . how often does that happen (especially since most men are afraid to comment on weight at all)!
