І там, де річка Ворона з Дніпром ділить берег, примостилось село Воронівка. Старе село. Тут на порогах канівські міщани тримали уходи ще на межі п. Ятнадцятого і шістнадцятого століття. Степ і Дніпро, кручі і острови, скелі. Посеред цього усього на березі сидить рибалка. Обережно по кладці підійшов до рибалки.
