Tuesday, March 26, 2013. Cucumber and Tomato Salad. I LOOOOVE me some cucumber salad! Normally I like the white creamy one but my Dad loves the vinegar kind so I decided to swing that way, this time! This recipe was a HUGE hit! Everyone asked me what the secret ingredient was! 6 large cucumbers, sliced thin. 1 medium tomato diced. 1 medium onion diced. 1/2 cup cider vinegar. 4 Tbsp canola oil. 1 tsp celery salt. 1 tsp dried basil. 1 tsp ground mustard. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2-1 tsp salt (to taste).
