News site for O2. We delivered the information architecture and the visual design for the O2 news site. O2 is the UK’s #2 cellular operator. An online brand management platform for Swisscom (Switerzerland’s #1 telco). Work done with Moving Brands.

We do several types of research to learn about users’ behaviour, and the products and services they’re already using. Of course, we’re able to bring insights from both Japan and the UK. In the early project stages, we use research, market analysis & imagination to propose directions for the product. Our testing offer in Japan is aimed at English-speaking clients. Team members are all fluent in English, so preparation is simpler, and post-test discussions are as insightful as possible.
