A written record of my ongoing metamorphisis. 8216;Tis the Season…. December 29, 2010. I was pleased to find that I underestimated my own abilities. I am not able to run the entire 3 miles without a stop and walk, I did not have to walk the entire last mile. I’ve only lost about 6 minutes from my previous time in terms of completing the distance. A written record of my ongoing metamorphisis. November 15, 2011. I have custom orthotic inserts ordered through Campbell Clinic. And I have invested in some (what I hope to be) really good Reebok ZigTech. Running shoes for me. I have enjoyed my Reebok ZigNano. Running shoes for work, so I have high hopes for the ZigTech. They say today is the first day of the rest of your life. I am looking forward. Today is the first day of my marathon success. Atlanta 2012 here I come! This entry was posted in feelings.
