Two Divisions, One Mission. Two Divisions, One Mission. MARF is made up of two working divisions including Community Living and Employment. The Community Living Division. Is dedicated to keeping people with disabilities out of the institutional setting and in the community through access to group homes, semi-independent apartment programs, individualized supported living and community integration. By driving public policy and strengthening member organizations through advocacy, education and collaboration.
