The gardens I believe were built in the turn of the 20th century; they are a maze of hidden arches and small sitting areas with all kinds of trees, flowers, and beautiful paving. Saturday, January 30, 2010. That is not the word you want to see flashing in red next to your international flight! However, this is what I found when I arrived in JFK. I, being the wise and savvy traveler that I am, immediately proceeded to freak out. Thank goodness I had long layovers so I could get everything worked out, but seriously? Then the plane would not start for an hour! Anyway, I am now in Malaga with my family and am exhausted but happy to finally be in one place. They have crazy hours!
