The Mill Lane Gospel Choir. Is part of Town Church. Founded in September 2002 by Emma Pears. A member of the church. Emma is managed by Paul Loasby. At One Fifteen ltd. The choir is open to everyone who can sing, and those who can’t but simply. Want to be part of it must be really good at miming! You do not need to be. Able to read music as all songs are taught ‘by rote’. You will need a good sense of humour as rehearsals are very informal and a lot of fun! Click in the pic to see more!

In the department of Computer Science. I completed my Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Sheelagh Carpendale. And was a member of InnoVis.

Anselm Kieffer said that ‘a painting is a conglomeration of failings.’. I have been observing, drawing and painting to a greater or lesser degree all my life. I am now lucky enough to be able to do this full time. I believe in the hard won image and that painting is the result of much trial, error, correction and reworking. The transformations that a work goes through are passed over with regret in the knowledge that quite good has to be sacrificed to the hope of better, often in vain.
