Mom2Twins: March 2007
http://eriallen.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 21, 2007. I had forgotten how much they looked alike when they were little! I've been real busy lately with interpreting jobs. It's been fun and a little crazy. It's great to have the chance to earn some extra cash, but it also makes me respect the women who work full-time and are mothers as well. It's a lot of work! I'm doing some interesting jobs. Like a support group for recovering addicts, a back surgery, and a workshop at The Roanoke Times newspaper. Plus, it doesn't seem like my fr...

This is My Story...: Reality

This is My Story. Wednesday, September 17, 2008. If anyone on the outside realized the effort that I exert trying to avoid my own reality, they would surely assume that I lead a difficult, unhappy, loveless and insecure life. This however, is light years away from the truth. I lead a wonderful life! September 19, 2008 at 9:07 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I have joined the group!

Mom2Twins: February 2007
http://eriallen.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 21, 2007. Just like you, Allison, I LOVE Weight Watchers! My first week, my first weigh-in and I lost 4.6 pounds! I was shocked. I knew I had lost something because my jeans were loose yesterday, but I didn't think it was that much. I was so excited! Then there's always someone who wants to rain on your parade.the lady behind me in line says, "Oh, it must be your first week", real sarcastically! But I blew her off, and stayed excited all day! Thanks to everyone for their encouragement.

Saturday, September 23, 2006. Mom, this picture is for you! I finally put up the girls' table that you got for them last Christmas, even though Syd's feet still can't touch the floor! The day I put it in their room, they sat there and read and had their snack. That table kept them occupied for a good 30 minutes. So the girls give a shout out to you, Nana and Papa, for an awesome gift! They will get lots of use out of this one! Posted by Erica at 10:13 PM. Monday, September 11, 2006. And the girls turn 5!

Tuesday, October 31, 2006. Our little Indians were absolutely adorable tonight! They are at such a great age. They had no fear walking up to someone's front door. At one house, the lady handed the girls a piece of candy and then Kenzie reaches into the bowl and grabs more! And she said, "Please? It was so cute! I'm so glad they are learning their manners. Thursday, June 29, 2006. I know someday my chidren will be embarrassed by me, but today I was embarrassed by them! Ali, here's a movie quote for you: "Guy is totally crunching on you. Do I want to be crunched? OH, yeah.". By the way, how do I add pics to my blog? Posted by Erica at 1:50 PM. Sunday, June 25, 2006. Wow What a day. My wonderful Sunday morning helper called to say that she would not be coming. Then when we got to church, Sydney threw up all over herself in the car! Posted by Erica at 9:16 PM.

Mom2Twins: August 2006

Monday, August 28, 2006. Our girls have the exact same names! That was pretty wild! Then another mom was listening and she said her daughter's Makenzie also and another mom said her daughter's Sydney too! So there were three Makenzies and three Sydneys all in the baby pool together. What are the odds of that? Hopefully that doesn't mean our girls have Hickville names! Anyway, we decided the water park would have to become a tradition and that next summer we will go more often.
