Laquo; 加国地产 旧屋拆建 申请建筑贷款须知. 从2012年4月1日起到2013年4月1日HST正是废除前,符合HST退税的新屋价格门槛从$525,000提高到$850,000, 最高可退$42,500. 需缴付12%HST, 房价在$525,000以下,可获5%退税最高可获退税金额为$26,250. 房价高于$525,000,退税金额统一为$26,250. 2 2012年4月1日前签署购买合约,且在2013年4月1日之后,2015年4月1日之前交屋:. 需先缴付12%HST, 总价在85万元以下者,可获5%退税,总价高于85万元者,最高退税42,500元. 若购买$800,000的新屋,需交12%税为$96,000, 可获5%退税为$40,000. 若购买$1,000,000新屋,需交12%税为$120,000, 可获5%退税$42,500. 4 2012年4月1日后签署购买合约,在2013年4月1日或之后, 且2015年4月1日之前交屋:. 若购买$800,000的新屋, 需交5%联邦税$40,000,2%过渡税$16,000. 电子邮件 (Address never made public).

话说这个名叫Linda Huang的女子，四十多岁，油嘴滑舌，不知从哪里获得我的家居电话，说他们公司加装保温棉给10年以上的房子，如果获得政府指定部门的检验和验收，可以申请从政府全额的退款，说这是属于Natural Resources Canada的ecoENERGY计划的一部分 并且夸张地推销加装保温棉的好处。 今年1月10日，Linda敲门访问，草签了一个合同 现在看来是一个无效的合同 ，说会有政府部门的Inspector上门做安装前验屋，但我必须付$300 HST给他们，这个是不能获得退款的，安装费用$850,政府部门安装后的验收费用$150 HST都是可以全额退回的。 我开了两张支票给他，是前后检查的费用，收款人是他的公司 – Canada Energy Audit. 我唯一能找到的就是他的公司Canada Energy Audit,只打通一次，一个女的说Gary Lee已经离开他们公司很久了。 我按照她的名片找到她的公司 – 一家在Scarborough Silver Star路上的门面，那里早就人去楼空，挂着地产经纪转租的牌子。 家园网多伦多,toronto.iask.ca. 需缴付12%H...
