We wait all year for summer and boating and boy have we been disappointed this year. Rain, rain, and more rain seems to be the trend. Although we've taken advantage of a few nice days for boating, most days have been rainy. Of course, rain never gets a two year old down.this guy can have fun anywhere :). August 4, 2009 at 4:32 PM. Monday, May 25, 2009. We've had Ashlyn in our family for over a year now! 1 Couldn't walk at 20 months - runs all the time. 2 Afraid to be outside - can't get enough of being outside. She loves to climb, ride a bike, jump off the deep end of the pool. 3 Couldn't eat solid foods- will eat anything now. 4 Her hair was so thin and damaged that you could see her scalp- it's nice and thick and curly now. 5 Didn't know how to put her arms out to us when we tried to pick her up- always hugs and kisses us now.

Saturday, August 30, 2008. Our Eli is 15 months old today! We have been home for 4 months now (as of Aug. 22), and he continues to adjust. Some of my favorite moments are when he laughs (he has an amazing laugh) and when he puts his head on my chest for a snuggle. He'll only do that for a few seconds at a time, but he is initiating it, and that is so huge. We love our precious boy so much! He's been walking for 6 weeks now.
