I think I have an inkling of how most people feel after a day of moderate activity – which is to say how they would feel on any other day. No pain. Well, a little twinge in the lower back, but I think that is more due to my crappy armchair than the activity. Is this how people without fibromyalgia live? Unafraid of Doing Things? Not having to plan recovery time from normal activity?
