Cominos molidos, bastante. Ajos 3 o 4 dientes. Se ponen a cocer las judías y cuando comienzan a hervir se les quita el agua y se pone otra nueva. 30 minutos en la olla expres o a cocer hasta que se ablanden. Blog de cocina casera para novatos independientes y torpes. Viernes, 16 de abril de 2010. Cebolla (1 por cada 1/4 de Kg de bacalao ). Pimentón dulce o picante o mitad y mitad. Se desala el bacalao teniéndolo un día en agua que se cambiará cada dos o tres horas. Se reboza en harina y huevo y se fríe. Se reserva. Aparte se fríe la cebolla lentamente y cuando está bien frita, se retira y se echa el pimentón y la leche y todo esto se echa encima del bacalao y se le da un hervor. Patrono de los cocineros.

Con un poco de aceite , se refríe la pulpa de pimiento choricero, se le añade la harina y se deja tostar un poco y, a continuaciín , se le echa el caldo, se deslíe con las varillas para que no queden grumos ny se deja cocer un. Ajo ( 1/2 ). Se pasa todo por la batidora. Se deja reducir la nata y se le añade el bacon cortado finito y sal. Se ve delicioso. Saludos. Reloj para una web.

Hamed lo hacía con el pulgar y el índice, con una habilidad increíble. El apio, el perejil y la cebolla se pasan por la batidora.
