During an experiment like this it’s incredibly easy to manipulate numbers since your carrying around excess weight in the form of food still in your gut. That plus being extremely well hydrated. This gives a more accurate picture. This is me on an average day, eating normal amounts of the foods I normally eat. Right Wrist 14.5cm - 14.5cm. Left Wrist 15cm - 15cm. Right Forearm 23cm - 24cm.
