Thursday, December 25, 2008. We had an early Christmas with Grandma Jean and Grandpa John. Two of the favorite gifts were her doggie in his carrier - promptly named "Okeyo" (Think of Tokyo without the "T") Who knows. The name has stuck. And her fairy wings. She likes to wear them around periodically and it always cracks me up. I think we can give Mrs. Cyndi credit for that song. A big hit this year was a princess outfit, which as you see will take you from family celebration to the clean up afterwards!

Sunday, December 14, 2008. We went to the Zoolight Safari for the first time this year with Lily! She really seemed to like it, with the exception of the train. She kept telling us she didn't want to ride the train, please don't ride the train, etc, etc.Which ended up great for us, as we saw the 75 people waiting in line for the train to come back and load up again! Lily wanted to help, so she did a great job handling the frosting tube and made some flowers for Daddy's cakes. They have been going for zoo classes since they were 6 months old, so it has been neat to see how they react at different times to the different animals. Lily and Grace both seemed to like touching the baby alligator (or crocodile? Lily really liked its little feet when the teacher showed her how soft they were on the bottom. Sunday, May 24, 2009. Grace's Birthday and Cookout. On March 21, our friend Grace turned 3! She had a nice birthday party at the park and even Tinkerbell showed up for the festivities. Tad kept taking the decorations out of the ground, but he was having a good time. Poor Liam just sat in his stroller. Later that night we went to the Hodge's for a cookout.
